- Development of a study entitled “Construction of an outdoor swimming pool at the municipal swimming pool in Koło with the use of thermal waters – Feasibility study”, which included an analysis of the conditions and development of a conceptual design. The study included
- Description of the principal requirements and assumptions with regard to the investment,
- Analysis of existing buildings and land development,
- Analysis of possible adaptation of the existing functional zones of the swimming pool for the new development of the swimming pool
- Planning issues in terms of compliance with the Local Development Plan,
- Spatial and functional relationships of the new facilities to the existing swimming pool building and its land development
- Arrangement and positioning of basic functional zones and architectural/building elements,
- Characteristics of the planned specialised swimming pool water treatment technology of the outdoor swimming pool,
- Surface and volume balances,
- Assessment of the possibility of using thermal water from the existing borehole for balneological purposes,
- Indicative investment costs,
- Preliminary project and investment implementation schedule.
- In addition, a site development concept and visualisations of the planned swimming pool against the background of the existing surroundings were prepared for the study.
